Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BookSportsCamp.com handles personal data when you visit this website, send us an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Heart of Europe Football Camps sp. z o.o., Jana Pawła II 2/316, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland. Contact: info@booksportscamp.com, +420 724 273 608.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, club or team, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Newsletter: your name and email address.
- Email and phone contact: the details you choose to share with us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to run and protect the website.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To deliver a camp, match or trip you have booked: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations, for example accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To send our newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To measure how the website is used with Google Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract. Contract and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Who receives your data
We share data only with providers who help us run the website and our email (for example our hosting provider and, if you consent to analytics, Google), and, when you book a camp, match or trip, with the hotels, facilities and transport companies involved, limited to what they need to deliver the service. We never sell personal data. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This website uses cookies that are technically necessary for it to work. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how visitors find us. Google Analytics only loads after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you click “Reject”, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account and is processed by Google under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@booksportscamp.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or with the data protection authority in your country.
The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page is displayed.
